I found this book through facebook and the title is so amazing!Find it for £16.58 at amazon.co.uk and [...]Everything is so easily explained in the book and it can be adapted by anyone.Its not just slimming...its a lifestyle where we are encouraged to eat healthy(learn signs of real hunger and manage emotional eating effectively),do fun loving activities/exercises,take time to nurture ourselves coz we are worth it,discover our strengths,acknowledge our weaknesses and turn them in to positive affirmations.Visualize ourself as a slim soul so that the subconscious can guide us to be healthy in all ways...this book and her work has changed my perception of life and has given me the best attitude.She runs several pages on facebook and they are great support groups.I was so inspired by her work that i decided to join her slim soul coaching and become a coach myself.Thank you Anges De Lumiere for this wonderful and powerful work.
